Please guide our artists by describing what you’re envisioning for your portrait. Specify which photograph we should use and any particular details you’d like to add, such as background hues or special touches.

For instance, you could say: “I’d prefer a portrait with a serene blue background.”

You can make an unlimited number of changes to the layout before our artists begin painting.

Upload your photos

Here’s how to get your photos ready for a perfect portrait:

  • Upload one or more photos for every person or pet in your portrait.
  • Name each photo so we know who or what it is.
  • If you have special details you want, like a particular background or object, add a photo of it too.
  • Describe how you’d like everyone to be arranged in your portrait in the description at Step 4.

After you send us your photos, we’ll create a preview of your portrait. If you want to change anything, just let us know. We're here to work on it until it's exactly what you wanted. Then give us the thumbs up, and we’ll get started on your artwork.
