What do you offer?

We decided to change your experience of making gifts by creating memories with art. Our site allows you to convert any photographs into portraits on canvas across different themes and styles by real artists.

Are these paintings real or just printed on canvas?

Our portraits are created by real artists, who draw with a graphic tablet by hand. Then the image is put on canvas with a method of printing.

What services can I get here?

We offer a wide range of services that incorporate drawing portraits in different styles and techniques.

In what styles do you draw?

We offer a range of four styles – Oil, Watercolor, Color Pencil and Pastel.

Can you make a family portrait from several different photos?

Yes, our artists can create a unique portrait with all the members of the family, even if some of them are far away.

Can I choose a different background or painting details that don’t exist in the photo?

Of course, you can. Be sure that we’ll create a portrait considering all your wishes.

Can I choose an artist myself?

Unfortunately you can’t. But you can be sure that your order will come to the master in the medium.

How much time does it approximately take from placing the order to delivery?

For U.S. orders, USPS, UPS, or FedEx is selected when the portrait ships. Delivery timing varies by order, destination, and carrier; a fixed delivery date is not promised.

Can the order be tracked after it's been shipped?

Yes, the order can be tracked. Shipping updates depend on the carrier selected for the order.

What should I do if the package has been lost?

Please contact our customer support, and we will help you resolve all the issues.

Are there any hidden costs, or can I pay only the final price after placing the order?

There are no hidden costs. You can pay only the final price after placing the order.

What payment methods are available?

Online payment by credit/debit card is available.

Do you accept payments via international credit cards?

Payments are accepted through any international credit cards and payment systems.

Can I partially pay for the order using multiple cards?

You can make a 30% prepayment using one card and the remaining 70% with another card. It is not possible to make a single payment using multiple cards.

Are there any specific requirements for the photos that will be used as references for the portraits?

The main requirement is good photo quality.

What if I provide a damaged or low-quality photo? Will the artist be able to restore the missing elements?

It depends on each specific case. If the artist can process the photo successfully, the order will be accepted; if not, we will refund the money.

What is the maximum number of people that can be included in the portrait?

No more than 20 people, otherwise, the faces will be difficult to distinguish.

Can I cancel the order and get a refund?

Yes, you can.

If the portrait does not meet my requirements, can I request a refund?

Yes, you can.

Do you create reproductions of famous paintings?

No, we don’t.

Do you offer discounts for bulk/wholesale orders?

    Portrait Creation Questions

    Is the portrait physically painted or drawn on canvas?

    No. An in-house artist creates a digital portrait design from your photo in the style you choose. The approved image is then printed on canvas.

    Who creates the portrait?

    Our in-house artists create each digital portrait design in a professional graphics editor.

    Will I approve the design before it is printed?

    Yes. We email the digital proof to you for approval before the image is printed on canvas.

    When will I receive the first proof?

    The first digital proof is sent by email within 24 hours after the order is placed.

    How many revisions are included?

    You may request unlimited revisions to the digital proof, with no additional charge for the number of revisions.

    How quickly is the portrait produced and delivered?

    When a proof is approved quickly, production may sometimes be completed within the first day and the finished portrait may ship the next day. This is not a guarantee of delivery by a particular date. U.S. delivery timing depends on the order, destination, and carrier selected at shipment.

    Which carriers may deliver U.S. orders?

    Depending on the order, U.S. shipments are sent with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected when the portrait ships, and no fixed delivery time is promised.

    What materials are used and does the portrait need special care?

    The approved image is printed on special canvas, and framed orders use a wooden frame. No special care is required. We do not make unverified claims about the exact canvas composition or technical print specifications.
