This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and is applicable to Users residing in the State of California (“California consumers”) who are entitled to specific rights and protections under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). As mandated by the CCPA, we will update this Notice every 12 months, with the last revision date indicated in the “Last updated” heading at the top of this Notice.
The terms “personal information,” “business purpose,” “commercial purpose,” “sale,” and “service provider” used in this Notice have the meanings defined in the CCPA. Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to them in our Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency between this Notice and the Privacy Policy, the terms of this Notice will prevail.
1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories and types of personal information from California consumers, and we intend to continue doing so in compliance with the CCPA:

2. BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING, SHARING, AND SELLING INFORMATION
We collect and share your personal information for various business and commercial purposes, including:
- authenticating your use of our websites;
- providing customer support;
- auditing our products and services;
- detecting security incidents and debugging errors associated with our websites;
- conducting research to maintain the quality of our websites, products, and services;
- facilitating purchases through promotions and personalized marketing offers;
- enrolling you in our newsletter subscription program;

We do not publicly disclose your data, act as data brokers, or engage in data trading. 3. YOUR CALIFORNIA CONSUMER RIGHTS
As a California consumer, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights include:
- Right to request access. You can request access to the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months, up to two times in a 12-month period.
- Right to request additional details. You can ask for additional details about our information practices, including the categories of personal information collected, sources of collection, purposes of collection or sale, categories of third parties with whom we share and sell your information, and more.
- Right to request deletion. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out. You can opt out of the sale of your personal information and receive equal service and pricing without discrimination.
Our website does not traditionally sell your personal information. However, under the CCPA, sharing information for advertising purposes may be considered a “sale.” If you’ve visited our digital properties within the past 12 months, your personal information may have been shared with advertising or other partners. California residents can opt out of this information sharing.

Please note:
- opting out of information sharing may not eliminate all tailored advertising;
- we will still share your information with service providers to maintain our websites;

- if you previously requested that we do not sell your information, your request remains in effect until you change it.
