Shipping Policy

Order Delivery

Your orders will be shipped to the address provided during the ordering process within a reasonable timeframe after production completion and quality checks.

Typically, orders are dispatched within 7 business days upon full payment confirmation. However, external factors may cause delays. Delivery times vary based on the destination. Please be aware that additional local taxes may apply to shipments outside the United States.

Address Accuracy

It’s crucial to ensure the accuracy of your address information. For shipments to commercial entities like offices or hotels, specify that the order is for the respective entity. Inaccurate address details can lead to shipment delays and additional costs. We are unable to refund or exchange products shipped to incorrect addresses due to missing or incorrect details.

Responsibility for Delivery

Upon delivery (or tendered delivery), the products become your responsibility. You should arrange for someone to accept delivery around the estimated delivery time. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or any duties, charges, or fees applicable to exported or imported products, which are your responsibility.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

  • Tracked U.S. shipping
  • Custom: Additional customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These fees are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so check with your local customs office to understand if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

Additional Terms

We are not liable for carrier-related delays, and such delays do not warrant a refund of shipping costs. However, we’ll make reasonable efforts to assist with any delays promptly.

Estimated delivery times are provided at the order placement stage and may be adjusted after your approval of the online proofing of your painting. These times exclude production and verification stages.

    How Your Custom Canvas Portrait Is Made

    Each portrait is created by our in-house artists in a professional graphics editor. Your artist digitally develops the artwork from your photo in the style you select. Oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, pencil, charcoal, and colored-pencil choices are digital artistic styles that imitate the look of those media; the portrait is not physically painted or drawn on the canvas.

    The first digital proof is sent to you by email within 24 hours. You may request unlimited revisions to the proof, with no additional charge for the number of revisions. Printing begins only after you approve the design.

    When approval is prompt, production may sometimes be completed within the first day and the finished portrait may ship the next day. This is not a guarantee of delivery by a particular date. For U.S. orders, USPS, UPS, or FedEx is selected when the portrait ships; delivery timing varies by order, destination, and carrier.

    The approved image is printed on special canvas. Framed orders use a wooden frame, and no special care is required. We do not claim an unverified canvas composition or technical print specification.
