    How the Portrait Process Works

    1. Choose a digital artistic style: oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, pencil, charcoal, or colored pencil.
    2. Upload your photo, choose the subject or composition, and describe your preferences.
    3. Select the available canvas size and frame options and enter the delivery address at checkout.
    4. An in-house artist creates the digital portrait design in a graphics editor.
    5. The first digital proof is emailed to you within 24 hours.
    6. Request unlimited revisions with no additional charge and approve the proof when it is ready.
    7. After approval, the image is printed on special canvas and fitted to the selected wooden frame when ordered.
    8. The portrait is packaged and shipped. When approval is prompt, production may sometimes be completed within the first day and the finished portrait may ship the next day; this is not a delivery-date guarantee.
    9. For U.S. orders, USPS, UPS, or FedEx is selected at shipment. Delivery timing varies by order, destination, and carrier.

    No special care is required for the finished portrait.
