The sketch preparation typically takes about three days. Once completed, we’ll email the sketch to you for approval. You’re welcome to request unlimited revisions to ensure it meets your expectations. After your approval, we will print your portrait on canvas and ship it to the address you provide at checkout. If you're not satisfied with either the sketch or the final portrait, we guarantee a full refund!
